About the Woking Magazine
The Woking Magazine is compiled and published four times a year by Woking Borough Council.
A total of 48,000 copies of each issue are printed, at a cost of 29 pence per copy, and delivered free to households and many public information points across the Borough.
Editorial
The Woking Magazine seeks to inform the residents of Woking about the role of the Council and the services that it provides. In addition, it includes articles about local groups, organisations and individuals that are likely to be of interest to members of the community. Readers can also enjoy the following regular features:
- Out and about - ideas about where to go walking or cycling in and around the Borough.
- My Woking - one person's views about the Borough.
- What's on - a guide to local events.
The editor is always keen to hear from people who may have an interesting local story for the magazine. The deadlines and publication dates for editorial (including What's on) are listed below.
